This package is suitable for individuals who are reentering the workforce or considering a wholesale career change.  Considerable time is spent on self-reflection and discussion throughout the approximately 6 week process.  This comprehensive package includes all of the tools, planning and practice you need to ensure success in your career journey.

This package is for individuals who are applying to graduate school programs.  It is intended for those who have already determined the program to which they plan to apply.   However, this package can be customized to meet your individual needs.  Please contact ReViVe to discuss.

* Why Does ReViVe's owner write resumes and cover letters for her clients?

Ruth believes that many people procrastinate about job searching because, well, most people hate writing resumes and cover letters.  And unless you're applying to a job as a resume writer, it's not necessary for you to craft your own resume.  Also, it's often difficult for people to brag about themselves on paper.  Ruth brings an objective, concentrated focus to this task so that her clients can focus on other aspects of the career planning and job search process.

Ruth has the experience and expertise to craft highly professional documents that serve as effective sales tools for the job search process.  The in-depth consultation process combined with her strength in writing allows Ruth to prepare resumes and cover letters that her clients are proud to submit.

Career Assessment:

$225 (+ txs)

Are you convinced that your job or studies aren't a good fit for you?  Are you interested in returning to the workforce but not sure where to begin your job search?  The career assessment will get you started in the right direction.  Combining the KTS assessment tool with an in-depth consultation, this service provides concrete guidance to help you get the ball rolling and ensure you're starting off on the right path.

 

Application Kick-Start Service:

$250 (+ txs)

ReViVe's owner, Ruth van Vierzen, is an expert in strategic job searching. Her knowledge, research skills and confidence in cold calling on organizations allows her to offer this unique service to clients.

Did you know that the majority of job vacancies are never advertised?

If you have a polished, submittable resume** and cover letter and you are clear on the industry or sectors of interest to you, ReViVe will research opportunities in and apply to 10 companies on your behalf using your documents. Clients who purchase this service have the option of submitting
companies of interest and/or job opportunities that have been advertised as part of the 10 companies to which ReViVe will apply on your behalf.
You will receive a list of companies that have been applied to, including contact information.

This service is particularly helpful to “get the ball rolling” for people who are beginning the job search process or who have had few results with their current job search efforts. This service will also be of interest to those who are working full-time and therefore lack the time to seek other employment opportunities.

** ReViVe reserves the right to refuse to provide this service where it deems the resume to be inadequate for successful job searching.

Interview Prep Services:

$50 (+ txs)

Professional and objective preparation for an interview can make the difference between being offered a job or not.  ReViVe will prepare you for the interview by completing a mock interview with you, criticquing your appearance and offering creative tips that will set you apart from the competition.

Job Seeker Profile Submission:

$10 per month (+ txs).  No minimum and can be cancelled at any time.  Available only to previous or current clients of ReViVe Career Services.

Wouldn't it be great to know that traffic from hiring employers is being directed to your resume?  ReViVe clients have the opportunity to be featured on the Job Seekers Profile page.  For only $10.00 a month, you can carry on with your job search knowing that ReViVe is actively promoting you at the same time.  Advertising will be a combination of Peterborough regional, national and international coverage.

Note:  ReViVe cannot control the quality or quantity of inquiries you may receive, nor can it guarantee that you will receive any inquiries.  It does guarantee however, that it will make best efforts to consistently direct traffic to the Job Seekers Profile page.
